Logon Screens
Logons are the screens you see when you are logging on to Windows.
Changing them manually is a painfull process, but you can download Stardock's LogonStudio to make things a little easier:
Stardock's LogonStudio(TM) is a free program that allows users to easily customize new logon screens for Windows XP.

How to
In order to set this wallpaper as your mobile phone wallpaper you will need one of the following:
1. A mobile phone that has a data lead
2. A mobile Phone that has a memory card and a card reader installe don your pc.
Firstly you will need to save the chosen wallpaper to your desktop. This can be done by "right clicking" your mouse, then select "Save Picture As" You will then be prompted to select a location to save the wallpaper too on your desktop.
Once the image is stored on your desktop you can either drag and drop the wallpaper onto your memory card or use your mobile phones datasuite to move the wallpaper onto your phone !
